Our life in this dualistic "world of dreams" with all its illusions is challenging. However, I believe that a multitude of people is becoming more and more aware of what´s going on; how massively we have been led astray and how we still are led, through diverse subtle methods of mind control away from profound connection with ourselves, with each other, with nature and with the Creator.

Loving connection is everything. It is the priceless foundation which everything else is built on!

Let´s find our way back there. Let´s get inspired by things that enhance our connection and sense of purpose! 

By practicing awareness of our inner state of being (body-emotions-mind) in our daily lives and creating a sense of safety by practicing loving-kindness towards ourselves in thoughts, words and actions, we create a good starting point for our inner growth. As we grow internally towards higher vibrational states of consciousness (body-mind-soul-spirit), our spiritual path opens up before us and we begin to understand how everything is connected through the all-encompassing Quantum Consciousness Field.
